Counseling
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble” (Matthew 6:28 ESV).

Over the past several years, there has been an increase in mental health cases: whether-it-be, anxiety (excessing worrying or fear), depression (excessive sadness, hopelessness, helplessness), grief/loss, or other emotional stressors. It is hard for individuals in this time to feel connected, heard, and supported when they are unable to be in the presence of one another, greet one another without being 6-feet apart, or feel safe to leave their home.

West Lynchburg Baptist Church, would like to offer spiritual and emotional support for those experiencing life difficulties.
